Welcome to Honeydew Landscape & Construction. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Honeydew Landscape & Construction provides residential and municipal services including tree removal, emergency storm cleanup, and asphalt driveway paving across Southern Ontario. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

2. Quotes & Estimates

All quotes are provided as estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, scope changes, or unforeseen obstacles. Clients will be notified of any changes before proceeding.

3. Payments

Payments are due as outlined in the estimate or project agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest or additional administrative fees. We accept payment via e-transfer, cheque, and cash. Credit card payments may be available upon request and may include a processing fee.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled work. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the project stage and materials ordered. Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure safety and quality, Honeydew Landscape & Construction is not liable for delays or damages caused by weather, site access issues, or third-party actions beyond our control.

6. Warranties

We stand behind our workmanship. Asphalt paving includes a 1-year workmanship warranty against major defects such as major cracking or surface failure not caused by misuse or external damage. Tree work and storm cleanup do not carry warranties due to the variable nature of those services.

7. Use of Website

All content on this website is the property of Honeydew Landscape & Construction and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or services after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
